Washington County Liquor Stores Moving to Three New Locations

Several liquor stores in Washington County are moving to new locations, pending construction, according to the state Alcoholic and Beverage Control division.

Hi-Way Liquors is moving from 408 S. Thompson St. in Springdale to 3853 Johnson Mill Blvd. in Johnson, across from James at the Mill. Merry Phillips of the Springdale Liquor Association is listed as the permit holder.

Robert Southerland is listed as the permit holder for Verre Liquor, which is moving from a dilapidated building on 1935 S. School Ave. in Fayetteville to 333B W. Poplar St., also in Fayetteville.

Lickety Split Fine Wine and Spirits, of Elkins, is being moved to the Pandora’s Box Shopping Center at the southeast corner of Old Missouri Road and Don Tyson Parkway in Springdale. Brett Hash is the permit holder, according to the ABC.

According to a commercial building permit, the Pandora’s Box center will be 7,676 SF. About 1,900 SF is available to lease.
