2015 Washington Regional Gala Presents “Michael Feinstein: The Sinatra Centennial Celebration”
Washington Regional Medical Foundation is pleased to announce that the 22nd annual Gala, set for Thursday, May 7, at Walton Arts Center, will feature multi-platinum-selling entertainer Michael Feinstein presenting his celebrated salute to legend Frank Sinatra.
Feinstein has long paid homage to Sinatra’s legacy. His fifth Grammy Award nomination was in 2009 for The Sinatra Project, his Concord Records CD celebrating the music of “Ol’ Blue Eyes,” and his 2011 TV special, Michael Feinstein – The Sinatra Legacy, was nominated for an Emmy Award.
Proceeds from the Washington Regional Gala have been instrumental to the foundation’s efforts to support the medical system’s mission through community philanthropy and outreach services. The 2015 Gala will benefit the expansion of Women’s and Infants’ Services at Washington Regional Medical Center, including an extensive construction and renovation project to meet the needs of our growing community.
