Where do you see yourself in 20 years, career wise? “I would hope 20 years from now I will still be contributing to the community and region.”

Who is your most influential role model? “My grandfather really inspired me and had a strong influence on my work ethic. Something he would always tell me was to always support the community because they are who supports you. That is what got me so interested in the Chamber of Commerce.”

What is your favorite part of living in Northwest Arkansas? “My favorite part of living in Northwest Arkansas is to work with the collective leaders in Northwest Arkansas. Nowhere else could you have worked with people like Don Tyson, J.B. Hunt and Sam Walton. They make up unbelievable leaders.”

If you have $1 million to give, what cause would you support?
“My family didn’t grow up with everything we wanted, but we had everything we needed. I can’t imagine going to bed hungry or, even worse, my children being hungry. I would give every penny to local shelters for people who don’t have enough food or a home. That is my biggest passion.”
