Art/Work: The Artist’s Journey gives the viewer five perspectives on art. One from the critic, another from a successful artist, another from a museum curator, a fourth from an up-and-coming artist, and the final from a completely unknown artist. The piece explores how each of these individuals navigates the world of art from creative, personal, and economic perspectives. Art/Work is directed by Fayetteville-based artist Mark Landon Smith, written by playwright Russell Leigh Sharman and includes NWA performers Jules Taylor, Justin Stewart, Katherine Frobes, Elizabeth France, Vickie Hilliard, and Arrianne Ellison. $5 (Free for Members), register online or by calling Guest Services at 479.657.2335.
