“Living Forest” for Families at Hobbs State Park –
A Learning Experience from the Animals Themselves

Hobbs State Park – Conservation Area presents “Living Forest” at the Park’s visitor center, Saturday October 25th.  Join Mother Nature as she introduces her many forest friends, (costumed humans).  Listen to each animal’s story and learn what you can do to make their lives easier.  The educational messages will be uncomplicated and easy for young children to understand.

Join in this fun, non-scary, holiday treat for the whole family.  Strollers and wagons are welcome as you meander along a wide, paved, barrier-free path.  If you want to be like Mother Nature’s animal friends, come in costume.   Face painting, live animals, mammal skulls, crafts, Smores, and more…

Special performance by Al Lopez (Pa Pa Rap) and his Talking Latin Drums – Drum Circle from 6-8 pm.
