First National Title Co. Acquires Faulkner County Title

Little Rock-based First National Title Co. announced Oct. 7 the acquisition of Faulkner County Title in Conway.
The purchase price was not disclosed. Faulkner County Title will keep its name and operate as a division of First National Title.
“Our vision for First National Title is advanced greatly with this union,” First National president and general counsel Jim Pender said in a news release.
First National Title was founded in 1997 and has 60 employees in five locations, including Bentonville (304 Airport Road) and Fayetteville (3396 N. Frontage Road).
Faulkner County Title was founded in 1912 and was previously owned by Conway attorneys Larry Graddy and Bill Adkisson.
