Hunt Ventures Breaks Ground On 10-Story Tower in Rogers

Hunt Ventures of Rogers officially broke ground Aug. 18 on the new Hunt Tower, a 10-story, Class A office building at the corner of Pinnacle Hills Parkway and J. B. Hunt Drive in Rogers.

The 225,000-SF building is scheduled to open with its first tenant on Nov. 1, 2015.

Crossland Construction of Rogers is leading construction of the building, which was designed by Core Architects of Rogers and assisted by Georg Andersen of Conway, who has provided residential interior and/or architectural design services for The White House (Kennedy administration), for the Arkansas Governor’s Mansion and for other clients in more than 18 states.

Hunt Ventures executive vice president John George said in a news release the project will provide an employment boost of more than 315 jobs in the construction industry for the duration of the project.

Leasing is still available through Tom Allen of Pinnacle Realty Group, a subsidiary of Hunt Ventures.

Pinnacle Realty Group, which manages a portfolio of more than 600,000 SF of Class A office space in the Pinnacle Hills area of Rogers, will manage the new office building.
