Razorback football fans can officially start the 2014 Arkansas Football season at the annual Fan Day presented by Pepsi on Sunday, Aug. 17 from 2 to 4 p.m.

The event allows fans the opportunity to meet the Razorback football student-athletes and head coach Bret Bielema. Parking and admission is free to all fans. Lot 56-D is unavailable due to construction.

In order to allow as many fans through as possible there is a limit of one autograph item per person and no photographs with student-athletes will be allowed. All fans in attendance will receive the official 2014 Razorback football team poster plus schedule card.

Members of the Junior Razorback Club will receive early entry at the north entrance beginning at 1:45 p.m. Pre-ordered Junior Razorback Club membership packets will also be available outside the north doors, along the sidewalk.

Water stations will be placed at the south and west entrances and Pepsi will have sampling stations near the south entrance.

Tusk IV will be on hand for the event outside the south entrance beginning at 1 p.m. He will have “autographed” photos for the first 500 fans to visit.

Hog Heaven will open at 10:00 a.m. on Fan Day for fans to purchase other autograph items such as footballs, mini helmets and hats.

Members of the Razorback Spirit Squads, including Big Red and Sue E., will be available for autographs during the event.

Following Fan Day, the Arkansas volleyball team will open up Barnhill Arena to the public so fans can attend the annual Red and White Game. Admission to the game is free for all fans.

Season tickets for the 2014 football season are now on sale starting at $300. Tickets for both Fayetteville and Little Rock games may be purchased by clicking here or by contacting the UA Ticket Office at 1-800-982-HOGS (4647).
