Fayetteville startup APGR Green and its two products, Mole-Zap and Ant-Zap, have made it to market.
The company recently announced that Amazon.com is its online national distribution partner and that the product will also be offered at area farmers’ co-ops, Chicken Holler in Farmington and Nitron Industries in Johnson.
The products retail online for $29.99.
Mole-Zap and Ant-Zap are fumigants that displace oxygen in mole burrows and ant mounds. The fumigants do not have runoff or residue and have been approved by the Environmental Protection Agency, according to a press release issued by APGR Green.
“Without oxygen, the pests simply go to sleep and never wake up; it’s really that simple,” APGR founder David Jones said. “It’s just good to know that it’s still possible for an entrepreneur to come up with an innovative idea one night in their shop and actually get it to market.”
