The Board of Directors of Fort Smith-based Arkansas Best Corp. have authorized a quarterly cash dividend of 3 cents per share payable May 21 to shareholders of record on May 7.
Arkansas Best is a transportation holding company, and its largest subsidiary is less-than-truckload carrier ABF Freight System.
Arkansas Best is schedule to announce first quarter earnings on May 1.
