W. Stuart Towns, author of Arkansas Civil War Heritage: A Legacy of Honor, will present a program and book signing Saturday, March 15 at 2:00 p.m. at the Shiloh Museum of Ozark History. Towns will discuss aspects of Arkansas’s Civil War heritage as seen through rituals of memorial, commemoration and celebration that continue today.
