CALL FOR WORKS- The 65th Annual River Valley Invitational

Theme: “Naturally Diverse Arkansas” This exhibition will focus on the natural beauty of Arkansas. Subject matter could include, but is not limited to: native plants of Arkansas and their habitats, rare plants and animals, state parks, rivers, outdoor sporting activities, and simple pleasures of everyday living in the Natural State. Submissions can be any media.

The annual invitational is a national competitive exhibition that has been hosted by the Fort Smith Regional Art Museum since its inception in 1948. The purpose of this exhibition is to encourage and recognize professional artists. In addition, this exhibition aligns with the museum’s mission to foster art appreciation in the community.

Cash prizes will be granted. This exhibition is a fundraiser. All works will be for sale.
