Houlihans Opens in Former Brewery

Regular readers might remember the news back in May that Milestone Construction Co. was using a building permit valued at more than $840,000 for a project that would result in the state’s first Houlihan’s restaurant.
Well, the casual dining chain restaurant, located in the former Granite City Food & Brewery at the Pinnacle Hills Promenade, opened Sept. 10. According to a company spokesperson, the opening of Houlihan’s created 75 to 100 jobs, including about 50 full-time ones.
