Conflict Management

Communicating for cooperation is at the heart of this class. This is a skill you may have heard of, but are not sure how to actively practice, and when it doesn’t work, there is conflict. Cover the whole process in discovering what escalates anger and what erases anger, and then learn how to listen, communicate, and collaborate using
a well-designed model as taught by Phillip Kropp. Phillip has many years of counseling and practicing family guidance skills and believes passionately there is a way to improve communication between us all.
