FAYETTEVILLE — Don’t make fun of Gabriel Iglesias‘ size — leave that up to him.
Iglesias, who deemed himself “Fluffy, not fat," will bring his self-deprecating brand of humor to the Walton Arts Center May 21. The San Diego, Calif.-born comedian is known for poking fun at his own weight, which he ofetn hides under an oversized Hawaiian shirt.
He’s a Comedy Central regular that isn’t regulated to a late-night slot. He’s funny without being crude, making his shows appropriate for the whole family. Iglesias often incorporates funny stories about the stepson he’s helping raise.

A fun fact about Fluffy: In 2006, he was one of the final eight comics competing on the fourth season of the reality TV series Last Comic Standing. He was disqualified for using his BlackBerry, which he had smuggled into where they were taping.
