Simmons First Adds Two To Board Of Directors
Pine Bluff-based Simmons First National Bank added Dean Chambliss and Johnny McGraw to its board of directors.
Chambliss is a life-long resident of Jefferson County and the owner of H&D Farms, farming 2,000 acres of row crops in Jefferson County. He is a graduate of Pine Bluff High School and attended the University of Arkansas where he was a member of the baseball team. He is currently a board member of Fifty for the Future and has previously served on the Farmers Supply Board and American Legion Baseball Board.
McGraw, owner of McGraw Farms has farmed in Lincoln County for more than 30 years and currently farms 2,500 acres of row crops. He graduated from Star City High School and holds a business degree from the University of Arkansas. He currently serves as a Conservation District Director in Lincoln County for Natural Resource Conservation Services (NRCS), is a board member for the Lincoln County Farm Bureau and serves on the finance committee for the First Baptist Church of Star City. He formerly served on the board of the Farm Service Agency and the Star City School Board.
