Cornerstone Bringing Life to Undeveloped Highland Park

A 5,663-SF home in Phase IV of the Pinnacle subdivision in west Rogers has a new owner after a $1.04 million deal.

Michael and Susan Moore bought Lot 640 on New Haven Court. The seller was RSJ Property Management LLC, which lists Randall Johnson as the managing member.

Arvest Mortgage Co. in Lowell financed the transaction with a 30-year mortgage worth $417,000.

The two-story home on 0.6 acres appraised in 2011 for $1.01 million.

Mercury Title LLC in Rogers was the closing agent.

 

Highland Park Homes

Bentonville-based Cornerstone Construction Homes Inc., led by president Tim McGuire, has four starts under way in the undeveloped Highland Park subdivision in Bentonville.

The building permits for the single-family homes under construction are valued at a combined $1.04 million.

Arvest Bank-Bentonville provided the financing.

The neighborhood, near the corner of Northwest Third Street and Elm Tree Road, is north of Elm Tree Elementary School and Spring Hill Middle School.

The single-story homes, each approximately 2,300 SF, are being built at 3300, 3301, 3401 and 3403 N.W. Park Hill Blvd.

McGuire acquired the four lots, totaling 1.38 acres, from Brabo Investments LLC in November for a combined $112,000.

Chris Bradley, owner of Landmarc Custom Homes LLC in Fayetteville, is the registered agent for Brabo Investments, which owns the remaining 52 lots in the subdivision.

Katie Voldeng with Coldwell Banker Harris McHaney Faucette in Rogers is the listing agent.

 

Oxford Abode      

A newly constructed home in Phase IV of the Pinnacle subdivision in west Rogers sold recently for $1 million.

Jeffrey and Krista Evans bought Lot 599 on Oxford Drive from Mark Melton Construction Inc. of Bentonville.

Arvest Bank of Fayetteville funded the deal with a 15-year mortgage worth $698,000.

The 5,368-SF home on 0.37 acres has five bedrooms.

Waco Title Co. in Springdale was the closing agent.
