Saatchi & Saatchi X Wins Top Honor at ADDY Awards
Saatchi & Saatchi X of Springdale won gold awards in seven of a possible 16 categories and also the top overall honor at the 2011 ADDY Awards held February 19 in Fayetteville.
The Northwest Arkansas Advertising Federation presents the annual event, which was attended this year by more than 90 individuals from the local advertising and media business community.
The NWA Ad Fed received 150 entries and presented 16 gold, 28 silver and 28 bronze awards. Saatchi & Saatchi X won 23 awards while Rockfish Interactive of Rogers had 18.
Saatchi & Saatchi X also was presented with the Best of Show Award for its Operation Family Connect website for Proctor & Gamble. The company also earned the Judges’ Choice Award for its Furious George self-promotional poster.
John Brown University won Student Best of Show for a digital illustration of the Phantom of the Opera poster
Other award winners included:
Collective Bias of Bentonville won two gold and two silver awards;
Cranford Johnson Robinson Woods of Springdale won a gold award and three silver awards;
Elkins Design of Bentonville won two gold awards and five silver awards;
Mitchell Communications Group of Fayetteville won a gold award and a silver award;
The Sells Agency of Fayetteville won a silver award.
