Hospice Facility Coming To Fayetteville

Fayetteville is getting its own Hospice facility, and construction could start as soon as October.

So said Paula Hartz, who will serve as director of the Washington Regional Hospice Home. (Note: Naming rights negotiations remain open.)

The two-story facility will be located within North Hills Medical Park, on Longview Drive. The upstairs section will consist of 12 beds and about 15,000 SF, with about half that much space downstairs for offices and other uses.

Hartz also said another 12 beds could be added in the future. Dr. Stan Bradley will serve as the full-time medical director.

We also understand a groundbreaking announcement is expected soon, and that C.R. Crawford Construction of Fayetteville is finalizing contract details.
