Don Soderquist, retired vice chairman and chief operating officer of Wal-Mart, has said, “No matter what business you’re in, values matter.”
He will expound on how strategic business operations should exude a company’s core values in a meeting for human resources professionals on June 10.
The event, hosted by the NOARK Human Resources Association, will be held from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the Springdale Holiday Inn. Though it is aimed at human resources management in Northwest Arkansas, senior management leaders who are interested are also welcome to attend.
