Fort Smith Art Center October Exhibit features Artist Charles Peer and Photographer Mike Holloway. Opening reception on October 1st, 2009, from 5-7 p.m. will also include a demo by Mr. Peer. Center is open on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays, from 9:30 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. FREE admission.
