November Art Exhibit will feature the 33rd Annual Photography Competition. Jurors David Bell and Michael Manley will also be on exhibit. Opening reception on November 5th from 5-7 p.m. Admission FREE. Center is located at 423 North 6th Street, Fort Smith, AR and is open on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays.
