Jayn and Paul Parenti, owners of A Fare to Remember catering company, have a new address, a new view and plenty of new and exciting business plans.

The Parentis moved their office and kitchen from their original headquarters on Lee Ave. in Fayetteville to the Fayetteville Municipal Airport at the end of April.

The new location gives them a walk-in refrigerator and freezer, three times the amount of kitchen space, a banquet area that can seat 150 to 200 people and an outdoor seating area that gives diners a view of Drake Field and the lush Fayetteville landscape.

In addition to expanding their facilities, the couple also added a new member to their staff, their son, Sam Porter.

Porter will serve as the company’s catering and banquet manager.

The Parentis have started making the space their own and by the end of May, Paul Parenti said, they hope to have the bar up and running and the performance area constructed for future events.

The pair will also start offering a daily lunch menu of soups, sandwiches and gourmet pizzas to airport passengers and guests.

“We are really excited about our new location,” Paul Parenti said. “We will, of course, continue our catering service, but now we will be able to hold events and parties here. And we will also be providing the airport and passengers a service by serving lunch and having a public bar area.”
