Mortgage Maestro Joins Jet Stream

Home loan originator Tim McClung left his post at ENG Lending in early March and is now pulling in business for Jet Stream Lending of Bentonville.
McClung, a former vice president of commercial lending at Arvest Bank-Rogers, left that job in 2004 to join ENG, a subsidiary of the Bank of England (Ark.).
The move puts McClung in charge of his own destiny because he’s a licensed consultant for Jet Stream.
“The market is challenging, but not bad,” McClung said. “There’s a lot of buyers and a lot of sellers, and that’s a recipe for a lot of deals.”
As of March 19, McClung had 10 pending deals on his desk, split about 50/50 between new purchases and refinances.
