A Springdale company has signed on to lease the original Proctor & Gamble building on Millsap Road in Fayetteville. TrestleTree, a health and wellness company that establishes and oversee employee health programs for companies across the U.S. will officially begin doing business out of the 20,850-SF building on Feb. 25.

Marshall Saviers of Sage Partners represented TrestleTree in the deal.

TrestleTree vice president of operations Adam Parisi said the company intends to use the extra space – they previously worked out of a 4,500-SF office in Springdale – to help grow staff and clientele.
