New Walgreens Uses Green Designs
You may have heard another Walgreens is coming to Fayetteville at the corner of Mission Boulevard and Crossover Avenue where a White Oak Station currently stands.
The store being developed by the Sansone Group of St. Louis will be one of Walgreens’ new prototype formats that have a smaller footprint and are more energy efficient.
It will have two stories with a total of about 13,354 SF and demolition of the White Oak Station is scheduled to begin in February. Construction is expected to take six months and Sansone is targeting an August opening.
The first floor will be 10,560 SF and the mezzanine level will have 2,794 SF. The store will be a bit smaller than the other three in Fayetteville, which range from 14,448 SF to 15,170 SF.
