George Faucette, owner of Coldwell Banker Faucette Real Estate, announced the expansion of his real estate company through the recent merger of his company with Element Realty Group, owned by Jerry and Nicky Dou.
Element Realty and its associates will operate under the Coldwell Banker name.
The merger, which was announced on November 27, will increase the number of Coldwell Banker associates to more than 195.
Nicky Dou started Element Realty in late 2005.
The company has offices in Benton and Washington counties.
