Cameron Torabi, owner and broker of Exit Pinnacle Realty in Rogers, wants to get his associates and others in the real estate industry excited about selling homes.

On Oct. 23 Torabi announced the start of an incentive program that rewards realtors for selling moderately-prices homes in Northwest Arkansas.

“I want to wake people up to the possibilities that exist in our market,” Torabi said.

As part of Exit Pinnacle’s “Great $50,000 Give-Away” one realtor that participates in the sale of a “$50G” home will win $50,000.

The first 50 realtors who sell a qualifying home will be entered to win the cash prize.

Torabi said the “$50G” homes will be pre-selected from the homes in the Meadow Street, Farmington, Sienna Estates, Wildwood and Dixieland Crossing subdivisions.

Roth Custom Homes is also contributing to Exit’s push to help more residents purchase a home by selling their newly constructed homes for $85 per SF.

The homes have all been discounted from the bank’s appraised value and are all listed for less than $200,000.
