Bio-Based Goes in D?Angelo Home
BioBased Insulation of Rogers is now in Ellen Griswald’s attic.
Beverly D’Angelo, the actress best known for her role alongside Chevy Chase in the National Lampoon vacation movies, had the soy-based insulation sprayed in her attic during the Oct. 29 episode of “Living with Ed” on the HGTV network.
Actor Ed Begley’s show features ways to live more eco-friendly and has recently expanded to his celebrity friends like D’Angelo and Sharon Lawrence, who played Sylvia on “NYPD Blue.”
On the Oct. 8 show, Lawrence also had BioBased insulation installed in her attic, touting the effectiveness that the company says can help reduce utility bills by up to 50 percent when used in conjunction with other proper building components.
BioBased has won numerous “green” awards and has made previous appearances with Bob Villa and on CBS’ “The Early Show.”
“We’ve been lucky to be a part of these two shows,” said BioBased brand manager Jennifer Wilson. “As a company, we are committed to developing the most energy efficient and environmentally responsible insulation on the market.”
