After signing on with national commercial real estate company Grubb & Ellis, Bentonville-based Solomon Partners has a new name and plenty of new projects in the works.

Beau Barrett, Paul Esterer, Randy Lawson and Clinton Bennett, managing partners for Solomon Partners-Grubb & Ellis, said their partnership with Grubb & Ellis has provided them with a national network that they can use to locate qualified buyers and private capital groups from across the country. Bennett is a former Realtor with Dallas Real Estate.

The team has also created an office in Little Rock to serve the central region of the state. The office is also a Grubb & Ellis affiliate.

The Bentonville office currently provides brokerage service, property management service, property development service and investment services.

“We want to offer a boutique feel of experienced agents. We are a group of young professionals that have formed a highly aggressive firm,” Barrett said.

The group is already looking to the future with plans for a Washington County office.
