With $3.58 million in 2006 sales volume, Realtor Loren Oliver credits his family for his work ethic.

“I have a personal drive to succeed, to provide for my family and see them happy,” he said.

When asked what he enjoys most about leading, Oliver said he liked to watch others succeed.

“I like helping people be successful by passing on my knowledge and sharing my experiences,” he said. Oliver added that he loves it when a plan, thought, idea or goal comes together.

In the last year, Pinnacle Realty Group has added four agents.

But Oliver emphasized a desire to keep the agency small, theorizing that this will allow it to service fewer clients better and create repeat business and more referral clients.

Oliver grew up in Stuttgart the youngest child in a farming family.

He earned a bachelor’s in agri-business from the University of Arkansas in 2000, but thought he would pursue a career as an investment broker.
He believes he has found a better fit in real estate.

His personal drive is reflected in his vacation ethic — he doesn’t take them. “I always feel I need to be working,” he said.
