Faucette To Launch Real Estate TV Show
Beginning July 1 there will be a new 30-minute show for potential home buyers to watch.
George Faucette, principal of Coldwell Banker Faucette Real Estate in Fayetteville, said his company has hired professional production company Creative Edge out of Missouri to produce a high-quality residential marketing piece called “Northwest Arkansas Showcase of Homes.”
There are a few other real estate shows that air locally, he said, but the quality and the voice-overs don’t compare to his.
The episodes will feature up to 60 different homes, Faucette said, and will sometimes feature new construction.
Showcase will air on Fox affiliate KFDF on Saturdays at 11 a.m. and Sundays at 9:30 a.m., and on NBC affiliate KNWA on Sundays at 11 a.m. (except for the inaugural show which will air at 10 a.m. because of NBC’s Wimbledon coverage). Up to four previous shows will be available in streaming video on Faucette’s Web site, www.cbfaucette.com, once they’ve been broadcast.
Faucette wouldn’t say how much each episode will cost to produce, only that it’s in the “six figure” range. The company has between 500 and 600 residential listings, he said, and there will be no charge to owners whose homes are on the show.
