Carlton Leaves Lindsey

Dale Carlton has left Lindsey & Associates Inc. in Fayetteville to start his own firm, Carlton Realty Inc.
Carlton was a vice president at Lindsey & Associates and ranked 35th on the Northwest Arkansas Business Journal’s Top-Producing Residential Real Estate Agents list in 2005, posting sales of $16.7 million. Carlton’s Web site profile said he has produced more than $150 million in sales in the past three years.
The firm has four agents so far, including April Rucker, who left Lindsey & Associates to join Carlton.
Lindsey’s Fayetteville office gained a heavy-hitting agent in October, when Liz Means left her position as senior vice president at Griffin Company Realtors to join the firm. Means posted residential sales of $13.1 million on the Top-Producing agents list last year.
