A Web site we found, www.ratemyprofessors.com, provides student ratings for college professors. Teachers can also get a red chili pepper if they’re rated “hot.”
When we logged on, John Brown University had 13 teachers classified as “hot,” while NorthWest Arkansas Community College had 17. The University of Arkansas had more than 200 “hot” professors, including Dan Ferritor, the UA’s former chancellor who is a professor in the sociology department.
