We got it wrong in our Aug. 16 issue when we said the owners of The Common Grounds Gourmet Espresso Bar planned to buy Ozark Brewing Co.
Julie Sill said she and Kari Larson will lease the two-story, 11,000-SF building that previously housed Ozark Brewing Co. on Fayetteville’s Dickson Street so they can start a new restaurant, Hog Haus Brewing Co. They’re not buying the business that was previously there or the building.
The building owner, Maggie Gilliam of New York City, is currently renovating the structure, which occupies a prime location in Fayetteville’s entertainment district.
