J.B. Hunt recently paid $1.3 million for a home in the Rogers’ Pinnacle subdivision. Tallchamps LLC, of which Tom Hopper is a principal, sold the 0.78-acre lot at 1 Clubhouse Drive on May 25. The 5,546-SF home appraised for $1.6 million in 2003.
The home has 5.5 baths.
