While Fox Television was in Altus last year filming the “The Simple Life,” the owners of the Post Familie Vineyards & Winery offered to let Paris Hilton and Nicole Richie work at the winery.

“The Fox crew told us that winemaking was a little too sophisticated,” Joseph Post said.

Instead, Fox set up a bogus milk-bottling operation so the celebutants could make a huge mess in a more bucolic business.
