Arvest Finds Foraker

Cathy Foraker, director/external affairs for SBC in Fayetteville, has been appointed to the Arvest Bank board of directors and will begin serving in January.r

“Gary Head [president of Arvest Bank] approached me to see if I’d be interested,” Foraker said.r

Foraker grew up in Huntsville and attended the University of Arkansas.r

The nearly $7 billion bank currently has 16 people on its board. Foraker will bring the number to 17. There’s no set time for a board member’s tenure with Arvest.r
