Having offered information technology services to large companies since 1992, RabBoar Enterprises recently began offering specialized information-technology services to local businesses.r

David Lenkovitzki, RabBoar’s co-owner, said he believes the company can be of great service to smaller businesses that cannot afford in-house computer technicians. Service to a group of small local profiteers has kept the revamped RabBoar busy.r

“Our services allow for people to not have to deal with salespeople that do not have the same goals of a businessperson,” Lenkovitzki said. “Often large computer stores don’t have the expertise to advise on business-related computers and software.”r

RabBoar can offer specialized software, including point-of-sale systems, and create and install business-related software. Although RabBoar doesn’t provide Internet service, the firm can install Internet software and electronic credit card and check handlers.r

RabBoar is targeting businesses that have not yet converted from paper to electronic systems in hopes of helping them find a system that suits their needs at a reasonable price.r

With several large clients, including Springdale Schools and Northwest Arkansas Educational Co-op, Lenkovitzki hopes to triple the number of local customers within the next year. r
