Nikkie Facio likes to clean. Other people’s burdens have turned into her profitable stress relief. The Facios opened T.I.G.E.R. Team Cleaning in early spring with the mission of offering fair rates for residential and commercial cleaning.r

“We try to make it available for anyone. Rates are reasonable for all people, and we make our rates negotiable and flexible,” Nikkie Facio said. Fairness and availability have earned the Facios a cleaning and painting contract with Lindsey Management.r

Working out of their home, the Facios believe that customer service will keep their clients calling and gain them new customers. “We work with the customers and their specific needs,” Nikkie Facio said.r

T.I.G.E.R. offers free estimates on all commercial and residential properties. The Facios are also bilingual, speaking fluent Spanish.r

The two developed T.I.G.E.R. because of low startup costs and its ability to be home-based. In the near future the Facios would like to see their business as their sole job and main source of income.r

The Facios have no immediate plans to hire anyone else or move the business out of their home. They personally financed T.I.G.E.R. Team Cleaning. r
