Three new startups have become clients of Genesis including Cal-Zark LLC, a vehicle design and manufacturing firm that’s patented a spider suspension for high capacity, long-wheel-travel, compact off-road vehicles.
Will Harvey, vice president of marketing and finance for Cal-Zark, said the firm’s “Zeus” model vehicle is 100-by-60 inches with a seat, a full-cover roll cage and side-lever steering. It has a cargo capacity of 500 lbs, a towing capacity of 2,500 lbs and can run 60 miles per hour.
Cal-Zark hopes to interest the military in the product with possible applications such as medical evacuation and reconnaissance.

Terry Condren is president and chief operating officer of Logical Dynamics Inc., a business consulting and technology services firm that develops and implements a product called “Insurable.” The technology is designed to protect patented intellectual property that’s gone beyond the limitations of cryptographic techniques.
