Bentonville’s 1-year-old subdivision, Heathrow, is fast becoming one of the most exquisite neighborhoods in Northwest Arkansas.

Lehman Properties owns Heathrow, where 50 percent of the lots have already been sold.

Bentonville auto dealer Ron Blackwell is having an 8,000-SF home on NW Harvard Walk in Heathrow. There are also four other homes at Heathrow currently on the market, ranging from 5,300 SF ($585,000) to 3,700 SF ($430,000). And there is a 7,000-SF home being built for a Wal-Mart Stores Inc. executive.

Northwest Arkansas’ most recognizable upscale subdivision is Rogers’ Pinnacle, which has 11 houses and condominiums currently on the market. Those include a 5,159-SF home priced at $770,000 and a 5,528-SF home at $849,000.

Siloam Springs auto dealer Darryl Hickman, who purchased a home formerly owned by former poultry mogul James T. “Red” Hudson, has that 6,880-SF house on the market for just under $1.7 million.
