Mark Marquess of B&P Construction Co. in Fayetteville on Nov. 15 got a loan of $500,000 from Bank of Arkansas to build a high-end luxury home in an upscale Bentonville subdivision.
The home, which overlooks a lake, is on four acres in Talamore subdivision and is 6,000 SF. It can have five or six bedrooms. Special amenities include granite countertops and fully networked multimedia capability.
