Kohl?s Gets Permit for Fayetteville Store

Kohl’s NSG on Nov. 16 purchased a building permit valued at $3.16 million to construct a 93,872-SF department store at CMN Business Park II in north Fayetteville.
The store, which is scheduled to open in the spring, will be at 3575 N. Shiloh Drive, just south of the Northwest Arkansas Mall.
Kohl’s, based in Menomonee Falls, Wis., has more than 260 stores in 23 states. It targets middle-income customers. It carries national-brand apparel, shoes, soft home products and housewares.
