Bentonville To Get More Office Space

SH&S Partnership recently purchased two building permits valued at slightly more than $1 million each to add two more office buildings in Bentonville.
SH&S, which just completed one office building of more than 20,000 SF at 813 S.W. Raintree Lane, is adding two more buildings at 13,700 SF each. They are at 814 and 816 S.W. Raintree Lane.
One of the buildings will be ready for occupancy in early January, while the other is targeted for Feb. 1.
