Andrew Marks of Marks Electric & Plumbing Supply purchased a building permit valued at $517,636 from the City of Springdale to build a new store just across the Benton County line in north Springdale.
rThe new 20,000-SF building, expected to be ready for occupancy in late November, will be located at 900 Bulldog Ave.
rThe current Springdale location is at 3068 N. Thompson St. The company has another location at 2621 Hudson Road in Rogers.
