Fellowship Bible Church Getting Versatile Lodge

Fellowship Bible Church of Northwest Arkansas on July 12 got a loan of $425,000 from Arvest Bank to build a new multi-purpose lodge.
Located at 208 E. Pleasant Grove Road on the north side of Lowell, Fellowship Bible is shooting for a Sept. 10 completion date.
The lodge will be set back in the woods behind the church.
A local chapter of Boy Scouts of America is raising money to pay for one wing of the lodge for their permanent location. The majority of the lodge will be used by middle school students on Sunday morning, junior high and senior high groups on Saturday nights and staff meetings during the week. Fellowship Bible also hopes the community will use the building for weekend retreats. Future plans include adding small cabins around the lodge.
The lodge will be about 5,500 SF and will include a sound booth, lighting system, stage, kitchen, fireplace and yellow pine floor.
