Ronald Loveless, 32, has been at Remington Products Co. in Bentonville for less than two months, and already he’s talking about the company’s “domestic and global goals.”

“I hope to assist Remington in both of those areas,” Loveless said. “I hope to continue to maintain a strong supplier relationship with Wal-Mart and to assist this company in achieving the goals we’ve established.”

A Rogers native, Loveless graduated from the University of Arkansas with a marketing degree before going to work for Manco Inc. in Cleveland, Ohio, which is the world’s largest retail duct tape supplier. He also helped handle shipping products under Manco’s Caremail label.

Before joining 184-year-old Remington, Loveless recently helped his father, Ronald Loveless Sr., open and operate Integrity Marketing Inc. in Rogers. During his career, Loveless has helped develop and manage mass retail products for Universal, Warner and Disney Licensed Housewares.

He was instrumental in the development of modular display guides for Wal-Mart stores and mass retail displays for mobile electronic products.

Loveless serves on the Arvest Bank Young Advisory Board and leads marketing efforts for the Nolan Richardson Charity Challenge.
