C&L Properties LLC of Springdale, owned by Carl D. and Kimberly A. Ledbetter, recently bought five quadplexes on Linda Jo Place in Fayetteville. McIlroy Bank & Trust Co. supplied $478,000 in financing for the purchase.
The 1,000-SF units are at five addresses on 1637-1641 Linda Jo Place. They occupy lots 20, 22, 24, 25 and 33 of Fayetteville’s Houston Meadows Addition.
