Sterling Anders is building a $2 million office building and warehouse at 800 S. 40th St. in Springdale near U.S. Highway 412. The owner of BudgeText Corp. of Fayetteville, Anders plans to lease the 105,000-SF facility to Love Box Co. of Rogers.
Love, which designs boxes and containers, is relocating to Springdale. The building contains 6,500 SF of office space. May Construction Co. is the general contractor and Harvco and Mid-Continent Concrete are handling the slab work.
